"Anthony and his team stopped by to give me an estimate on removing a 6" flex pipe that had been installed in the chimney pipe to vent a wood stove. They climbed the roof, inspected the chimney and determined the flex pipe did not run the length of the two story chimney but was about 6-8' in length. They removed it and also took care of its disposal. And the cost was absurdly reasonable - dinner for two would have cost more. Can’t say enough good things about World Class Maintenance Inc. - these guys are the best!"

We had new roofs and gutters installed on 2 houses in Port Washington. The crew did an excellent job on both and one was a very architecturally challenging 100 year old house. "After 29 years, it was time to replace our 25-year roof. Ansen did the job! Derek was very helpful in helping us choose the correct color. Lots of choices, all quality products. Very informative. Price was very reasonable. Scheduling was great & reliable. He called the evening before to confirm after checking the weather (it was so-so for a few days). If it rains, they have to reschedule. He said they crew would show up around 7:15AM +/- 15 minutes. I got the call at 7:15 as they pulled up to my house. The actual noisy part of the work began around 9 AM to be respectful to the neighbors. 6 sheets of plywood had to be replaced. Derek showed me where and why. He used 1/2" plywood (code) - Douglas fir (quality). Job was completed on time. During the original estimate he recommend replacement of the gutter guards which was also done. Clean-up was thorough. He had to come back once to fix a small problem with a vent hose. He was there when he said he would. He also gave me an extra package of shingles should repairs ever be needed. "Ray was everything. If you have a critter removal need, you've found your contact. He came immediately the day we called him and evaluated the situation (raccoons on our property) in a Raccoon Dundee style, which made us laugh! He has decades of experience in wildlife removal and it shows. He was efficient and told us exactly where and how many raccoons were on our roof and how long they'd been there. He gave us two options for removal and explained the benefits and explanation for using each one. One route involved a lower fee and focused on tactically chasing the animals away rather than trapping. We chose this option and so far the animals have not returned. Ray called us within a week to check in on the situation. We learned so much from this experience about raccoon behavior - it was an education combined with a removal! Call Ray, he's THE BEST!"
