"They were pricy, but came highly recommended. They were prompt in scheduling. Their main selling point is the quality of the prep cleaning. While the new deck looked OK, there were missed areas on the existing porch. The quality of the staining itself was variable - there were areas where they did a great job, and others that were missed, overlooked, or intentionally ignored. The eaves were among the intentionally ignored, and I was told "that's defined as part of the roof structure, which isn't included." Excuse me, but the contract says "clean and stain exterior of screen porch" - it does not say "screen porch walls only." Another ignored area was the top edge of the fascia and floorboards, which they stained above, and below, leaving a gap. And there were several other spots that were overlooked even after a visit to complete punch list items. I asked multiple times to talk to the owner but he never called me back. Next time I'll just hire a real house painter."

"Andino's Painting repainted our back deck, front door trim and porch rails, including making some repairs. They did an excellent job and cleaned up their debris when completed. We're very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them."

"The work that Leon Home repairs did was fantastic. They were so kind and understanding to my wife. They were always on time or I would get a call explaining why. This rarely happened though. Their work was top quality and I intend to use them to repair anything in the future on my home. Very Professional and top quality."

"We hired Christian to redo our deck and it was an INCREDIBLE experience. We had some unexpected additional repairs (rotted wood) along the way that he communicated through and we got it done! we had a tight deadline and he crushed it. The deck is beautiful and well made and he went above and beyond with other things we needed (hauling and screening our porch). I 12/10 recommend him for any building or repair projects. He will be helping us with our property from here on out!"

"Oscar and his crew did a very thorough and excellent job of replacing our 20+ year old deck boards with new composite material. The workmanship was excellent and the contractor was very responsive to my needs and desires. I would highly recommend Deck Pro Innovations."

"Hired to repair three wood fence pickets but he repaired an entire section that was needing attention. Alem was very good in communicating via text. It was a pleasure to work with him."

"Screen Medics is a great company, they were prompt in getting back to me, they worked with my crazy schedule, they stained two decks, screen enclosed back porch and installed two storm doors for me. The quality of the work is great and I will definitely recommend them to others. Thanks Screen Medics for a job well done."

"I have to say that Boyce and his crew were amazing from the very beginning until the finish. All the other contractors I had come out asked me what I wanted to do and Boyce assessed the situation with my deck and told me what we needed to do. I had two other contractors from angis list out and neither even considered these things that needed to be addressed. Once we discussed all estimates and contractors Boyce and Gault services was the one to go with. Now that the project is complete we couldn’t be more satisfied with the work they did. I can honestly tell you that not one contractor would have done remotely close To what they did. It is an amazing job and we are extremely happy!"

"Great honest contractors. They did my bathrooms, hot water heater, unclogged my house drain and they did a French drain so my basement is not wet anymore. I already hired them to do my whole roof in the spring. I will hire them anytime."

"Southern Solutions carefully reviewed my project and offered a resolution. I needed to repair a wooden fence that was detached at several points. The fence was repaired with ease and professionalism. I was made aware of the process and received exception customer service."
