"UPDATE, October 2012: The gate had additional problems. This time, our experience was satisfactory. The service was scheduled promptly, technicians came out and performed troubleshooting. They advised that the controller board and the actuator arm needed to be replaced. The replacement occurred without difficulty. They did a thorough test of the gate operation and made certain we were satisfied with the repair job. Again, this repair was done under warranty at no additional cost to us. A totally different experience. <br /> <br /> May 2012: I did not pay anything because it was warranty coverage.  It was very difficult to get them to schedule a visit because we are a small residential customer rather than a large commercial customer.  They did say they gave preference to their commercial accounts.  I pointed out that they had already cashed my check so I deserved the service regardless of what size customer I was.  That was what I did not care for but they managed to work through that and they did come out to repair the gate satisfactorily.  It did take longer than it should have.  The technician who came out was excellent in every way but the owner?s attitude was rude and not business like; dealing with the company to get the work done was very stressful.  Their price was good.  Once they got it done the quality was good but they kept putting off our appointment.  I would use them again in the future if needed because they are the only company that provides the service that we need."

They even repaired the fence that had gotten out of whack from taking out the fence from the corner. They even replaced two little spokes that had gotten bent. Dear don't go over the fence, they go through the fence. The quality was excellent."
