"The house was recently purchased. It's over 150 years old and had been neglected for quite a long time. The building inspector listed pointing as the most urgent exterior repair. The house is not large but the amount of repair and pointing was extensive. Quinn Brothers was selected for the work from a short list of competitors whose cost estimates were similar. Quinn Brothers was selected because Patrick Quinn spent the most time familiarizing himself with the project and making suggestions about options. The quality of work Quinn Brothers did is top-notch. The crew worked steadily and the job was completed in the timeframe promised. Communications were excellent throughout the project, with prompt notices from Patrick about how the job was progressing and prompt responses to my texts. More masonry work is needed at the house and Quinn Brothers will be doing that work, too."

"This was a big job that was part of a whole-house renovation. JA Drywall installed framing and drywall throughout my second floor (three bedrooms + hallway) that had experienced a fair amount of water damage as the result of a leaky roof. Juan and Joshua were great coordinating the project--super quick response time for a walk-through & estimate. And the crew were great---super nice guys who did a great job. (One of them even lent me a tool to help with a project I was working on in the kitchen!) Both my carpenter and painters were impressed with their work. "The service for the big deal from Pennygreen for 149 for lawn aeration was real good. Everything was fine. They showed up on time. They did the job. It looked good. There were no additional costs. They charged exactly what they said they would charge you. The pricing is definitely an 'A' because I have another landscaping service that I have been using for other things but their price for aeration was way too high. They just recently quoted me again and knocked like 90 dollars off and they are still way too high. I know that it was a special and maybe not the ongoing rate but either way it was very good."

"We had a shed pad installed for our new shed. Bob really worked to make sure we understood the different types of pads we could get as well as the ground leveling process. He was the only contractor we talked to that put the pad in the ground (excavating some dirt) so that it didn't just sit on top. As an added bonus, he swiped away a patch of really thick ivy that we've been struggling with. When scheduling the pad, he did delay the installation due to weather issues, showing real concern that if we didn't delay at least a day, the installation would be less than the professional level he likes to leave with. I left for the morning to go to work and when I came home, the pad was ready for a shed.
Bob shows a concern for his homeowner's well being in all matters and is very knowledgable. I fully recomend him to anyone seeking a similar install, and will consider Rock-a-fella's when ever I have a gravelly/patio/deck need in the future.
