I love the way the floors looks and the job that was done. Mike also found underlying issues (like a leaking pipe) that might not have been discovered until well after the installation was completed. I decided to have Sam do the job because he clearly communicated what needed to be done and the price was reasonable. Before starting each day Sam text me that he was on the way to the property. He let me know when he arrived, what he completed that day, when he left, and even provided pictures. This was greatly appreciated since I do not live local.
