"A big thank you to Todd Cartmel and his team at the Painter’s Edge! We purchased a second home in Westfield IN. We closed in early June and would not move in for about 8 weeks, going back to our home state in the meantime. Our new Indiana home needed wall repair and paint FOR THE ENTIRE HOME, big job. I called a few painting companies, we met with Todd and he was so knowledgeable and willing to work with our flooring company and our schedule that we hired him! We needed Todd to coordinate with our flooring company and get the job done while we were away. We had a July deadline to be back in our home. First, the home looks brand new and the Todd’s crew were completed with the job before our deadline. We could not be more pleased with the results! Todd has excellent plaster/wall repair team members who fix all of the imperfections, nail holes, nail pops, etc. If you do not do this work first the painting will not look as good when finished. His team are masters at cleaning up the walls (and our home was FULL of nail pops, only 7 years old). Next Todd helped us with the paint color – we were looking to get away from Gray, we went with warm colors – beige and Tennessee Oak floors – Todd took our color ideas, purchased the paint and it is the perfect color for us – it looks fantastic! I would also like to mention trust – we had Todd’s crew coming and going (we were not in Indiana!), working on the home, locking it up each end of day, keeping it clean. You have to trust your painting company to do the right thing and take good care of your property! Todd kept in constant contact with us and coordinated with our flooring company. I want to say the entire job exceeded our expectations. The home looks brand new and we love it. We highly recommend Todd and his team. They truly do what they say they are going to do, they are trustworthy and they are masters at their craft. Todd will be a trusted advisor and vendor to us for a long time in the future!"

"This review is based on my experience with Miracle Method of Indianapolis. I have used this process before in another home and found it to be the best option as I do not like grout. This last project was exhausting and after numerous attempts to get it resolved I contact CDH. They were more than willing to help me and took a lot of time on the phone to help me. In the end I had to finish with Miracle Method as they already had 100% of the funds. I will also state that I incurred additional fees in plumber trip and new fixtures that were damaged as to a bad tape job. I wish I would have called CDL first. Please beware of Miracle Method."

"Dan repaired part of my laminate flooring that had been accidentally damaged. When I requested the repair, Dan messaged me right away and came to my home two days later to give me an estimate. When we decided to go ahead and get the repair done, I asked if we could wait two or three weeks in order to budget the cost of the repair. Dan was very agreeable to that, and we agreed on a date and time. Dan was an excellent communicator. He messaged me two days before the repair confirming the appointment. He showed up on time, was very polite and professional. He had to remove the damaged flooring, and put down the flooring we had left over from when we had the floor originally done ten years ago. He was here only about 2.5 hours, was very efficient, and the noise wasn’t bad at all. He hauled away the bad flooring and cleaned up after the job was finished. He did a very professional job, and I can’t even tell where the damaged floor was. The price of the floor repair was very reasonable. "

"When Edward came out to stain my deck, I was under the impression that he knew what he was doing. I don't think he has EVER stained a deck in his life. I had to go to Menards several times because he used 4 cans of stain!! $40 a can, which is insane. He sprayed my deck with a wand that you would use in a self-serve car wash. There were major drips on the railing, all over the rails, and on the steps. He sprayed my car and it covered the whole car. I took my car to Ziebart to have them remove all the stain on my car, and it had already started to eat the paint, and it cost me $1,044.99, I have the receipt. He sprayed my young Chinese Maglonia tree that I just planted and hope it will survive. The initial pay was going to be $1000, but after I saw what he did, he left with $300, and I think that was generous. He was upset about that and acted like it was my fault or just didn't care the job he did. It is going to take me hundreds of dollars to repair what he did."

Started work as soon as the weather permitted and were they everyday it did not rain, Had a team that worked hard and cleaned up as they went. The only item they charged over the quote was to repair two chimmeys at a very reasonable price. Very professional and liked working with them."
