"Trevor did an excellent job cleaning our deck/patio areas (500SF of stamped concrete, 400 SF of Eon composite decking). Decking: 20 yrs old. Stamped concrete: 30 yrs old. He power washed the surfaces with a 2700 PSI power washer. Pwr washing removed the loose sealer, dirt, dust etc. He applied terracotta red & brown Quikcrete color product (Home Depot or Amazon). He also applied the brown Quikcrete product to highlight the grout lines which gives the appearance of flagstone. He followed with 2 coats of Behr sealer & applied 303 Aerospace Protectant (Amazon) to the Eon deck. The 303 Product really brings the “oak color” & wood grain. Trevor also re-stained the Hot tub wood, wood bench, & vertical surfaces (posts, paneling etc). See the enclosed pics for details. Pay close attention to the Co Spgs weather. Sealers can take a few hrs to dry."

"I had new gutters/down spouts/leaf blaster installed on the back and the side of house. Sean is a seasoned pro who does excellent work. He rerouted the new down spouts on the house to get the best flow of water. The wind had pulled the facia board/old gutters out on back corner of house. Sean used wood screws and secured the board back onto the house. He did a great job. I highly recommend this company for gutters or roofing. Wyndhill installed a new roof on our previous home and again did a great job. They take great pride in their work. You will not be disappointed."

"Colorado Roofing and Remodeling installed a new roofing system on my rental property. David communicated clearly every step of the way with me by creating a very easy to follow plan. It was executed just as he explained it would. David took care of all the communication with my insurance company saving me the hassle and time. He ordered the building permit, scheduled all the building inspections, scheduled the material delivery and let me know exactly when the crew would be showing up to begin work. He even worked with my home owners association to get the shingle approval. Colorado Roofing and Remodeling finished the complete re roof in only 1 day. The crew used a nail magnet and thoroughly cleaned all around the property. David personally came by the next day to inspect all of the work and took over an hour to walk the entire property and pick up any little scraps of debris that might have been missed by the crew leaving the property spotless.
