Lenny was very hard to get ahold of when the issue arose, let alone come up with a plan to fix it. We had a professional roofing come out and fix the issue by taking his 'system' down and sealing it. Lenny agreed to refund the cost of the materials but would never return a phone call."

He made sure to get the heat tape installed before the next big storm hit even coming by on a Sunday to finish the electrical hook up and install the wifi connected controller box.
