"Having a lot of dust in my home was not nice to see and not healthy. I called The Best Air Quality and Restoration and received a price and booked an appointment for the next day. I could not ask for any more service than they gave me and they where very knowledgeable when answering my questions. Needless to say I will use them again in the future and I would recommend this company to anyone that needs their air ducts cleaned. I do not see disgusting dust anymore in my home and I can sleep a lot better because I can breathe better. When they were at my house I also had them clean my clothes dryer exhaust which had a lot of lint in it and now my clothes will actually dry in one cycle so I guess I will also see a savings in my electric bill becomes it use to take up to three cycles. I am so happy that I had this service done cheers."

The rake board had a few more issues in that we had a "miss communication" regarding what we actually wanted done. We had asked them to repair the rake board but it turned out the board itself was rotted. It unfortunately took two attempts to get it taken care of properly. Fortunately the resolution to the issue was quite good and we were happy with the end result.

"We had a leaking water heater, and by the time we found it had been leaking, the water had done significant water and mold damage to our floors and drywall. Our insurance carrier gave us the names of a few restoration companies in the area, fortunately I chose Water Damage America. Water Damage America arrived the next morning after our call, and immediately went to work setting up industrial strength dehumidifiers to dry everything out. This process took a week due to the extent of water damage. Our project manager kept us informed about how things were progressing, and was always available for us to call him to ask questions, which he answered thoroughly. The crews who did the work were very professional and thorough. If they were running just a few minutes behind schedule, they called us to apologize. They removed and disposed of all the damaged materials, leaving nothing behind. They were so thorough, that when they pulled out our washer and dryer to remove the floor covering, and before replacing them, they cleaned the walls and the machines themselves, which I was embarrassed to admit I never clean and the area was filthy...not anymore!! Finally our house is dried out and ready to have repairs made. The contractor we contacted was very pleased with how well everything was dried out, allowing repair work to proceed. "Wonderful. There are few things worse than going down to your basement and finding muddy water pooled on the floor. We were able to take care of the standing water; however, we had to find the source of the leak. We called MJ Home and they were able to come out the same day, give an assessment, and by that evening we had an estimate. Another representative came out the following day to meet with my husband and discuss the exact plan of attack and the following day they were out there and the job was completed. "Nice person who left water on hardwood floor and both rugs quite wet.  There was a conspicuous brown stain on the front skirt of the couch that was not there before--he thinks mud on the hose caused it. . .???

He is supposed to come back and clean it.  Pillows are still piled up as it is drying, so can't tell yet about the overall quality of the job.  That was 2/9--as of 2/15 he had never contacted me, so I cleaned the skirt of the sofa myself.    He told me that the furniture would dry in 6-8 hrs.--after 48 hrs. both were still damp to the touch.
