"Very professional and did a really good job removing dirt & mildew from the house. My pavers were covered with moss & very nasty... he made them look like the day they were laid. During our initial conversation, Shawn informed me that no up front money was necessary & he would send a bill after the work was completed to my satisfaction. Shawn arrived late morning to give estimate... since I am on the outer fringe of his service area & he was here & had the time, he offered to do the cleaning at that time.
