"Garage door spring failed on 02/10/2015.  Called Andrews the same day and they came out the next morning as scheduled.  Replaced the springs and performed the maintenance on the second door.  I was considering replacing the spring on the second door but they said it was not necessary.  The repairman noted that the top panel of the door was cracked.  The crack started several years ago but when the spring broke, it became worse.  We agreed to have the panel replaced and they would have to go to Baltimore to get the replacement panel.   The cost of the panel was $600.00 which included materials and labor to install.  They said they would install it the next day which surprised me because they said they had to go to Baltimore to get the part and it was a Friday.  Well to our surprise, they came around 9PM and installed the panel and finished about 1030pm.  Everything is working fine.

"Zach actually arrived ahead of his appointment time, which was great because we were heading somewhere. He walk around the house explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. I would like to mention before he started we texted back and forth and was impressed that the price included the garage. I was already happy and he had not even started the work. Anyway when I returned home driving down my street I could not believe the transformation he gave my house. The white trim on the house was bright as diamonds. As I made my way to the front door I felt the trim and it felt as smooth as glass and felt clean.
I tried cleaning the front windows and could get it clean enough. I also attempted to clean my gutters, but again I could not get them clean. Needless to say Zach and his co-worker are the greatest. I looked up and could not believe how clean he got my gutters and the overhang. I will definitely recommend his services to all my neighbors and friends. The price was great for my house. I found out from my neighbor that Zach uses lower pressure, which I think is great as it does not break down the siding. He did his house as well and he was happy. If you get 3 homeowners you could even get the price down lower, but no one was interested. They are now after seeing how clean my house looks."

"The date of the appointment the gutters couldn't be cleaned because it had rained the previous evening and the roof was wet. Isaiah was very accommodating and came back the very next day. He phoned to let me know when he was on his way. When he arrived he got right to work. I am very satisfied with Isaiah's work. "They called me on the same day I placed the request on Angies List and set up an appointment to repair the drywall the very next morning. I included a detailed description of the scope of work, this was all confirmed again over the phone. I needed someone to patch up a hole that was roughly 14-18" in diameter. I let them know I had some of the materials - plaster, tape, board - but they used their own. They gave me the option of also sanding and painting which would have extended the scope of work for additional hours (allowing for drywall to dry before painting the ceiling) . I opted out of that to save a little bit of money since I have other renovation costs, but I am glad they gave me that option. Handyman arrived on time, moved and covered the furniture, and taped a barrier around the work space. He told me he would be finished around 11-11:30am, which was accurate. Overall, very easy to work with, reasonable. I plan to hire them again for a few other similar repairs."

"While the cleaning itself went fine, I was frustrated that the crew started by removing every screen and storm window (making a mess in every room) vs. completing the windows on one floor at a time and then moving on.  After everyone packed up and left, we found that grids on the master bedroom windows were not put back in place, and that the laundry room window was forgotten entirely.
Also, be aware that there is an extra $20 per storm window, which greatly increases the overall cost.
The owner was very nice/professional.  I suggest clearly setting your expectations upfront and checking every room before the crew leaves.
