"From project beginning to end, Keith and Company demonstrated an exceptionally high level of professionalism. For example, Mr. Keith spent a considerable amount of time taking "before" and "after" photos of the roof. He then used these photos to discuss and patiently explain his estimate, the scope of work required, the materials recommended, and finally, the end result. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process! In accordance with the contract, Keith and Company prepped all areas where indicated on both my front porch and the main flat roof. The workmen then installed new modified Bitumen rubber across the entire flashing of the front porch where it joins the front wall of my home. They also installed new rubber on the vents, on the main roof vent flashings, and around the entire skylight and other areas where needed. Without question, I highly recommend Keith and Company Roofing!"

So it always starts with Ryan Craft, an amazing bundle of positive energy and professionalism who comes to your house, walks your property and roof, and quite honestly, "owns" the project in a way that you know every aspect is being handled the right way. As you get close, and throughout the project, he will text and email you to make sure everything is handled the right way and you are satisfied. The team you deal with re project management, scheduling, billing, and leading the crew (Caitlyn, Kandi, Nicole, Denise, Tina, Mike, roofing lead Donnie and more that I know I am forgetting) are so so helpful. But the work? Amazing - for example, my house roof has a very large and tall porch gazebo that's very difficult to re-shingle, and they not only did a great job, but asked my permission to manufacture a "better" top for it ("not" part of the project, but they thought it would be cool). They replaced a wood "stump" that stuck out the top with a perfectly formed color matching cone that looks amazing! When one smaller project was completed (trim around the garage doors) and I saw some areas where the metal was curving, Peak management came out and said not only was that going to be repaired, he thought they could have done a better job matching the color - and said if i didn't mind, they would re-do the entire project! He was right! The new color was fantastic, and they didn't even have to do that. If you are thinking of a roof, siding, gutters, etc and a competition comes in with a better price, I submit that you will get what you pay for. The 12 or so years I have partnered with Peak for my projects, I haven't been paying "just" for the cost of material or labor. I've been paying for the kind of customer service you rarely experience these days."

"Central Roofing is an outstanding company. We had a very positive experience with it from the time we first contacted the company through completion of our job (we are return customers). In early March, a wind storm damaged the siding on our home, peeling off several panels and twisting others. My husband left a message with Central Roofing late on a Saturday after the storm and we received a call back from the owner on Sunday morning. The owner had a salesman contact us later that Sunday and he scheduled an appointment to come out to our home and assess the situation. The salesman was very helpful in working with us to get needed information to our insurance company and was willing to talk with our adjuster. We believe these actions demonstrate Central Roofing's commitment to excellent customer service. We were also extremely pleased with the final results. Central Roofing did a wonderful job removing the old aluminum siding from our house and then re-siding our entire house with new vinyl siding. Central Roofing also wrapped all of our wood trim around the top of our house so that we no longer have to have it painted every couple of years. We also had Central Roofing replace two kitchen windows. The workers were prompt, professional, and very courteous. They also worked long days and weekends to ensure the project was completed within the promised timeframe. When we started having some "nail pops" on the interior of our home from the work being done outside, my husband discussed it with the foreman and the workers modified the way they were installing the new siding to minimize the amount of "nail pops" on the inside of our home. After the work was completed, the salesman came back out to our home to look over the work and ensure we were happy with the final results. Overall, we had no complaints and will continue to use Central Roofing for any future roofing, siding, & window needs. In the past, we had Central Roofing replace a roof, install new gutters, and replace many windows. They are one of the best companies we have ever worked with and we highly recommend them."

He's fair, responsive, and a straight shooter that will work with you. Replacing a roof isn't cheap, so when we saved up the money we called him and he worked within our budget and time frame. His team showed up on time and just went to work. They were very diligent throughout, including their clean up effort - which was spotless. Beyond the work of the team putting on the roof - Springfield sends their own in house inspector to double check the work afterwards, someone completely separate from the first team just to make sure everything is done, and done right. Gives us a lot of confidence that we made the right hire. And although we know we won't have any roof needs in the near term, we will always have Mike Bennett on speed dial. "i hired them to replace approximately 32 double hung windows. the price was as good as any and i was in no mood to haggle. the process was very clearly spelled out and the prep that i would have to do was, as well. there were a few snags with them getting the windows (due to supply chain issues that everyone was having) so the dates changed, but i was involved in those changes. when they did start, they got most of the work done on the first day and came back to finish the next day. a few things went wrong, a window was broken, another had a scratch, and many of the windows were over-caulked to the point of being awful looking. the broken window was addressed even before i brought it up, as was the crack. when i told them about the caulking they sent someone the very next day and told me the installation crew had used the wrong caulk (outside caulk) and that they would be back to fix it. they did.... there were a few more windows after that i saw too much caulking on, and they've come out to redo those, too. All in all, their service is amazing. there were so many people involved who deserve a shout out, but i can't recall their names. my team leader or manager was Michael and he was a gem. i wouldn't say the product i bought is the best; the corners aren't perfect and the glass fogs up (i'll let Presidential know when i have a minute), but the windows work great and they look exactly like what i wanted. i was so thrilled with them, that i ordered a replacement for my front door with sidelights and transom! the price was comparable and i already knew what kind of service i was going to get. And i did!"

"We had the roof on our 2640 square-foot house replaced with an architectural-style one in Williamsburg Slate, grey tones with subtle red tones. We are very satisfied with the roof. The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! Financing is available."

"We’ve been very pleased with our experience with window replacements done by Power Home Remodeling. A month ago, we met with a Power salesman who inventoried the windows in our house and gave us an estimate of the cost of replacing all the windows. The cost was considerably more than we were prepared to spend, especially since our existing windows (wood frames, 18-year-old house) seemed to be mostly adequate for now. Initially, we made it very clear that we were not prepared to purchase any sort of replacement windows and were interested only in getting a cost estimate for future planning purposes. As the presentation wore on (and on and on – total of more than 4 hours, though this also included questions on our part and reading and signing documents), we became impressed with the quality of the Power window (durable vinyl frame, no painting, easier to open and clean, better energy efficiency, etc.) and the pricing options that were available if we made a purchase that day. We normally steer clear of such pricing deals, but this one included a lock-in of favorable pricing for at least 5 years. Since we were planning to replace a number of windows in that time frame anyway, that proved to be an important feature of their terms. We signed on for the minimum number of windows they would sell us (4 large double-hung windows for the ground floor front). Within a day or two, Power sent a pre-installation inspector to confirm the salesman’s window measurements and explain the installation process, then scheduled an installation date. The installation was done one week after we signed the agreement. The installers were on time and very efficient in removing the old windows and installing the new ones. The installers did a good job with sealing the windows, and they left the house clean and tidy. During the process, we noticed that there were some scuff marks on the frames of two of the full-window screens (fairly minor and only visible close up). Power insisted on replacing them despite these small defects, and that is scheduled to happen soon. With that small exception, the windows were in perfect shape. A quality control inspector came three days later to verify that the work met their standards. Power did an excellent job of communicating the status of our project and confirming appointments. We’ve seen a number of pretty bad complaints about them on the Better Business Bureau web site and just as many strongly positive ones on the Consumer Affairs site. All we can add is that our experience has been nothing but good and we would recommend them highly to anyone considering window replacement. Keep in mind that you don’t have to make the huge investment of replacing all your windows; Power is happy to do as few as 4 windows without obligating you to do anything else at a later time. We’ve already decided to replace the other 5 windows on the front of our house. When we’re ready to do more, we plan to call Power."
