I can understand maybe paying for his time getting any spare parts but, I think everything else should be included in the flat hourly rate he quoted me in the beginning. He seems to be very knowledgeable, and does pretty good work but, he left me a huge mess to clean up after installing a ceiling fan that could have been avoided if he had just put the packaging, extra hardware, and every other piece of trash back in the box as he was unpacking and installing it."
