"My townhouse needed a new roof after suffering wind damage from the March storm. We received several bids and Peak came in with a very competitive price. We were very surprised since they are a larger roofing company. Peak worked with us and were even able to move the installation date sooner, because of a cancellation. The products were delivered the day before and Diego Rodriguez from Peak arrived on time the day of. He went over the work to be done and addressed some concerns I had. He called when a few issues were found when they took the old shingles off and explained what needed to be fixed. The guys on Diego's crew worked all day until the job was completed. They were polite and professional and cleaned up the site when done. I would recommend Peak to anyone looking to put on a new roof and will use them again in the future."

"Rich was amazing. This job was very difficult. Because of the configuration of my house, there was only one spot in the closet where the tube would go thru. Another contractor told me that the job was impossible, because of obstables both between closet floor and dining room ceiling and closet ceiling and roof. Rich managed to install the Solatube and avoid all the obstacles. It was really amazing what he was able to do. I am not easily impressed with contractors, but Rich was great. He is clearly an expert in his trade."

Gary's team removed the old shingles, replaced some sheathing, replaced the vapor barrier and installed a 40yr metal roof. They hauled away they old roofing and did a very good job cleaning up the worksite. He provided a 1st class roof that will last a very long time. House - Gary inspected and repaired a couple of flashing issues on my house. He was very meticulous on his repairs and they look great. Appear to be working after a couple of moderate (but long) rain events. I recommend Gary and his company Vanguard Roofing.
