"This is not a normal review, since Basement Masters didn't actually work on our house. We called them because of moisture in our basement walls. They came out, and determined that the problems were of a different nature than what they do and required the services of a carpenter to fix a faulty deck. James is super knowledgeable and makes sure that clients are informed of what their choices are and what options exist. James was able to provide me with several different options for having our driveway done. Fortunately, James was able to refer me to a community partner in Fredericksburg who had a special program for eco-friendly work. We did run into a small hiccup during the project. The company that makes the pavers for the project had discontinued the two colors that we had discussed. When James found out he personally took me out to the landscaping yard to look at options and make sure that we were happy with the new choices.
