"I hired ESV, Inc. to install a new range hood, and a install new light and switch in the master bedroom closet. In addition they fixed two light boxes in our town home's basement that were not properly connected with electrical boxes. From the moment sent my inquiry to when they left, the communicated effectively the estimate and scheduling of the visit, were on time for the work, and their two electricians that came to do the work provided exemplary service from start to finish. I'd hire them again in a second."

The same call gave us an estimate and possible date. My husband reviewed the estimate and we talked. We called them back on a Monday and Dave was here on Tuesday morning. He put in 3 pendant lights over our La he island and a large flush light over the kitchen sink. He was efficien, but careful. The lights look great! He arrived at 8:15 and he finished around noon. "The salesman missed the first appointment scheduled for 10:00 April 23 - received call from officie at 9:10 He had emergency.scheduled next appointment for April 28 at 10:00 and salesman showed  20 minutes late. He got stuck in traffic.
Salesman was very honest about the deal I had purchased the 6 landscaping lights for $649. I could take the deal but I would be calling again to add additional lights. His ideas were right on and what type of lights and where to put them. The job was scheduled for May 6 and it would take 2 days. They called to say they could come out earlier and they did and installed all of the lights in a day and a half. The lights look great and one of the lights went out just a few weeks ago and I called and they were out the next day. There is a 5 year warranty on the lights.

"He was not able to fix the light fixture, but he took it down so that I could take it to a lamp shop.  He changed the outlet, which didn't need to be fixed necessarily and placed the boxes in upside dow.  The dimming controls works opposite. When the light increases, the dim switch slides down instead of up. Simple things, that could have been done the correct way.
