"They did a very good job and would definitely recommend. They did a thorough job removing 3 layers of shingles including cedar shake, installing new plywood and a new layer of shingles. Even with rain delays the job was done without hiccups and in a timely manner. No hassle."

"Everyone I dealt with was professional, polite and treated me like a valued customer. The Salesman, David, was thorough in explaining the product the company offers for my project. Bill coordinated the final measurements and the installation crew. I was not expecting the work to be done until early November. It was done October 21, 2020, weeks early. The installation crew, Ivan and Vito, were clean, professional and installed my six windows in a half day (replacing original windows from 1937 when the house was built). They were very careful of my outdoor plants and interior belongings. They thoroughly cleaned up and replaced the blinds hardware they had to remove to do the job. You'd be hard pressed to know they were even there. They were professional and true craftsmen. I cannot be happier with the quality of the windows or the service provided by ProEdge Remodeling by Custom Built. They are worth every penny I paid and they look so natural. I highly recommend this company and their quality windows to anyone who wants windows to truly last a lifetime, and then some. Home Advisor, Thank You for suggesting this company. I couldn't be more satisfied."

"I’m happy with the service and results"

"Excellent business and work ethic. Very organized with regard defining structure of work to be performed, accurate monetary estimates, and accurate material and duration of work estimates. Keeps customer informed of delivery schedule, any delays, and reasons. Works diligently and consistently to get the job done with no gaps except those due weather and reasonable days off to rest. Really knows what he's doing and just does it - with minimal to no interruption to the customer. David is courteous and professional, and answers any questions in a clear and concise manner. The project undertaken was the installation of vinyl siding on our house and garage. Work was outstanding with great attention to detail."

"There was no electrician there to install outlets ,they used extension cords to hook everything up"

"Was away when the work was done, but when we returned you would never know they were there - except for the new roof. There appeared to be a leak which I assumed was caused by the new roof. When they returned to inspect they found that another part of the roof which they were not responsible for was the culprit. They did a minor fix - w/o charge and the problem has not occurred again. Awesome."

"His crew did a wonderful job. Our blue metal roof looks great! Highly recommend Richter Roofing!"
