"Mark did what we asked BUT it has taken way too long from start to finish to complete the electric panel replacement. Started Sept 6 and he still is not done because she has to come back and mark the new panel. I attribute this slow work to the fact that electrical work is not his primary job. He does this work on the side thus the reason we have waited so long for completion. He also does not communicate timely. Has been days since I have heard from him throughout the project.
