"Andiry came out a couple of times.  I finally decided to do concrete (I had been debating on whether to replace with landscaping blocks).  its about 40 feet long, 3 feet wide, needed to be pitched correctly, and the old walkway had to come out.  Andiry came out on a Saturday (on time) to write the contract, and started work 2 days later.  It was done 5 days later.  It looks great, and the work site was cleaned up.  there is a bit of a language barrier, but it's easy to work through.

He fixed the problem without needing any new parts. The work was successfully finished in under half an hour and the garage door has worked great ever since."

I can understand that they could not do that type of work in the rain. As far as I can tell, it looks fine. The price was $3800. That was probably okay. I cannot rate them one way or the other; whether that was fair or not. There is no way I can reconciling it to something else. We have not had this kind of work done before. We have a 2 storey house with a peaked attic. The chimney was above the peak. They had to put scaffolding on it to put the cap. They had to dig out because it was loose. They did up a good job of cleaning up afterwards. I cannot hold it against him for not working in the rain."

The actual tuckpointing and pitching the sill, the work looked like it was done well, but when they went to caulk the sill, the caulking was not a smooth caulk bead. Trying to have them correct the issue was difficult. If the owner was not happy with me dealing with him, he would not show up the next time to do the work. The project dragged out a long time."
