"We called and quot;Duct Medicsand quot; and told Lazlo that we live in a tri-level home, and how many air ducts and cool air returns that we have. He gave us an estimate, which we felt was a very fair price, no hidden cost and so decided to hire him. We made an appointment for Tuesday, November 20, 2012. He said that he would be here at 8am (he was very prompt), he showed us the filters that the dust would be traveling to, then he brought in all his equipment, and went straight to work! Wrapped the vents with clinging plastic.and vacumning all around the vent. He had to cut a hole somewhere in the basement. My husband was watching him do this. He set up to record a dvd of the work he was doing and we got to see firsthand on a monitor the stuff being blown out of the ducts. He worked straight through. When it was finished, he cleaned up after himself, and checked thingsout such as the heat register when the furnace was running, and it seemed to blow out more warm air from the furnace, he then showed us the box with the filter, and it was just loaded with dust! After that, we sat down at the kitchen table, made a check out to his company. He gave us the receipt, the DVD, and a pack of microwave popcorn! (LOL), enjoy the movie, but don't expect sound! "Everything went well.  Todd was punctual and professional and got right to work.  He had some equipment that pressurized the duct work, and vacuumed at the same time.  It also agitated inside the ducts to shake loose any build up.  It was a small house, but it looked like the ducts hadn't been cleaned in 20 years.  Todd took his time and did a thorough job - almost 5 hours from start to finish including clean up and reinstalling vent covers.  Because of the configuration of the system, we also needed small holes drilled in two ducts in the basement to do a thorough job.  These were completely sealed with a quality metal tape when the job was finished, and the same holes can be used again for future cleaning. <br /> At the time I wasn't sure how big a difference it would make, but I noticed much better air quality right away, and my wife noticed a big difference in the amount of dust when she was cleaning the house. <br /> We've since moved out to Waukesha county, and now have a house with some dryer vent issues.  I called Clean Air Systems a few days ago, and Todd is coming out next week to take a look.  I'm hoping it just needs a good cleaning, but if there are other issues, it sounds like he will be able to spot them.   <br />"

All return and supply vents were also vacuumed. They also told me I could probably wait to have it done in about 5 or 6 years. Nice job guys !!!"

"They came out 2 weeks prior to clean and check my chimney at an additional cost.  I had asked them to bring the part to fix the starter and although they had a photo in advance they did not bring the part on the first visit.  They had to set up a separate appointment.  They seemed to do adequate work.  The chimney no longer smells like smoke when you walk by it and the gas starter works. <br />"

"It went very well, the service was explained to us as they went along with their work, we were impressed on their knowledge of their work and the smooth way they went about repairs and measurement of board replacement. The service repair men all worked very well together. I liked the timely manner it took them for the repair. Royal Chimney Service did an outstanding job for us. We requested them to look at our dryer vent after the work on our chimney and they cleaned a very thick clog of lint out our vent. They let our home spotless."

"He quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue with the dishwasher (blocked air vent). The range required a new part and he explained the problem and replaced it. The only black eye came from his work on the refrigerator. Prior to the visit I had asked that the service person inspect the fridge and clean it. While we were upstairs he quickly vacuumed out the condenser without seeking our approval, then offered to give us a 'discount' from the usual $225 fridge cleaning. I would have never approved this work if it was that much (it involved a fairly quick vacuum job).
