"Lazlo was extremely professional, courteous and meticulous in his work. He discovered we had two cold air returns that weren't even connected to the HVAC system, one being the only return for the entire 2nd floor. He was very informative and helpful, showing us the crazy amount of dirt that was in our ducts. See picture for details. He also cleaned the dryer vent tube and to our surprise there was still a lot of lint even though my husband had vacuumed it out about 3 months before. He even gave us microwave popcorn and a 20min. DVD of what the inside of our vents looked like during a cleaning. Pretty cool :)"

They had enough hose to go up 3 flights of stairs with no problem. At the new home they cleaned three room and one with a white carpet that looked like new again. "Mike the technician arrived promptly as scheduled and did a terrific job replacing my very old, outdated central air unit. Also repaired 3 base registers that were not secured properly to the walls. Mike had to fabricate some sheet metal parts to make registers fit. Work areas were protected and everything was left clean and tidy when finished."

"Magnum is a great company to deal with. We also have our furnace through them and they do the yearly maintenance as well. I did have a problem on this last job as my brother took off work to be here when they arrived. The installers waited past our appointment time to call and say they were stuck on another job. My brother wasted a whole entire day and then had to take off the next when they did show up. I know things happen, they just should have called prior to the appointment time. We still use them so it's not that big a deal to me."
