"LIfetime Roofing & Renovation worked on our flat roof, and I had a great experience based on their reasonable price, attention to details, craftmanship and quick work. Along with reroofing, I have also had them did a couple of rotted repairs and putting new underlayment before new roofing materials. These guys know what they are doing! They will pull the necessary building permit, include their liability insurance, worker comp insurance and warranty included in the contract, Highly recommended if you need your roof to look at for repair/installation!"

"We had a partially flat roof that had a known issue with a leak where it met a vertical wall. On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the city’s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price. Thank you, Tony and team!"

"After getting three bids, I chose ODR Roofing because the bid was the most reasonable. One of the other companies overcharged considerably for the cost of the permit. ODR included the amount of the cost of the permit in the overall job honestly to include some travel time and expense to Sacramento. Honesty is a very important aspect of any business dealings. Oscar and his team didn't disappoint me. The work was done as promised, one time and cleaning up every day. They protected my gardens and those of my neighbors. It was a pleasure to work with Oscar at ODR, a family owned business, and I will recommend their work to anyone who needs a roof repair or a new roof."

"My project was for new roof n gutters, I had to have my old 3 layers of shingles removed. The team that demolished old roof shingles did a good job. Although it was a messy task, plastic sheeting was laid down n all material was disposed off. New plywood was laid down, there were a couple of spots that the plywood was not laying completely flat n was addressed. New shingles were installed in 2 days n look great. For the new seamless gutter install, the existing fascia needed painting but Newhaus wanted an extra 4,000.00 dollars to do it. So I hired a separate painter to do it for less than half the price. The gutters proposed were not the style I wanted n had to have them switch to what I wanted. The new gutters were installed n look great. Overall I am satisfied with the quality of the work n materials used although there were a couple leaks at corners that has to be re-sealed. However dealing with Newhaus could have been better, upon signing the contract online I did not hear from them for over a week to let me know the status or when work would start. I had to text the original sales guy to ask what was going on. The were also a couple of times workers did not show up when scheduled or were late from time that they were supposed to show up."

"We have recommended Lord Roofing to all of our friends & family. We had a great experience for a skylight repair, a roof repair, and a roof replacement. It all started with a leaky skylight, which Lord Roofing repaired during the rainy season a couple of years ago. James (the owner) was quick to respond to the call, and came up with a fast solution that stopped the leak and kept us from needing costly drywall repairs. We then had a roof leak at the other side of the house. James was again fast to respond and provided a quick and cost effective repair which got us through the rainy season, and again avoided costly drywall repairs. We bought our home knowing that the roof was at the end of its life, so it was no surprise that we were having issues. We contacted multiple roofers and got quotes for a roof replacement. Lord Roofing was the second lowest quote that we received. The lowest number was too low based one our experience in re-roofing other homes that we had owned in the past. This, coupled with our recent experience made Lord Roofing an easy choice. James had performed a thorough inspection of our existing roof to determine whether or not the sheeting could be reused (it could, which saved us a lot of money). The process of replacing the roof was easy. James discussed options for types of roofing, and once we made a decision on the material he provided samples. Lord Roofing scheduled the work. Due to demand, we were scheduled out a couple of months into mid-summer, and they actually were able to get to us a few days sooner than anticipated. The entire Lord Roofing crew worked in a safe and professional manner. They made us aware of where they would be on the roof, so there was never an issue with the safety of our family. They also cleaned up on a daily basis, this was great because it helped to keep down dust from accumulation of debris. Lord Roofing finished the work ahead of schedule and at the cost of the original quote. Our new roof looks great and we no longer have any issues with leaks. As I stated at the beginning of this review, we have recommended Lord Roofing to all of our friends & family. They are a great company, and James is a fair & ethical person."

"Our experience was very positive. Fernando responded promptly to any questions or concerns we had. The roofing was completed in two days. Everything was left picked-up and clean. The workers were polite and considerate. For some reason, I was unable to upload photos of completed job. It looks terrific, though!"

"Because I needed only a repair after a tree limb damaged the roof, many roofers either would not bid or I would have to wait for any repair. Universal did the repairs over several days by sending over crews after they had finished a prior job. Worked out well."

"Excellent service and workmanship. Albert was the supervisor for the project and was here everyday to check progress. Very easy to work with and kept us updated on schedule. We are extremely happy with the roof & gutters."

"We worked with Tony and Jacob for our flat roof repair. They were both very friendly and informative. Their team worked very late into the night to get our roof completed because it was starting to drizzle. The products they used were of much better quality than our old tar roof. Their team did a great job and clean up. We do recommend them."
