"Overall I would use them again, but with several asterisks. Both fences are good quality, and gates are good quality with good child safety on pool. Ken the rep that gave the estimate was great. He took time to discuss and help me with options. Not a rush job. Gave good estimate and pricing considering the amount of fencing. This was a two part project, pool fencing first then perimeter fence two months later. The pool fence was installed with gate back ordered (with out me knowing). Short version, it took over 2 months to get the gate. A litany of communication errors, missed appointments, and not returned phone calls and emails.. Carl's dropped the ball on this one big time. However eventually it was taken care of, with certain extra things done that we agreed upon. They were good at making it right, it just took way too long and the communication from their scheduling dept as horrible. The perimeter fence on the other hand went beautifully. The workers were great, understanding exactly what I was asking for. Good cleanup, and attention to detail. Looks great. Only issue is the hardware is the wrong color (I asked for white, and everything is black). Still wating for a response on this . Would use them again, but definitely not a must."
