"I discovered I had a major roof leak. Called A1 first thing in the morning. Albert, the owner, called me back in an hour. He arranged to come and take a look at the problem a couple of hours later. I have an old roof so our discussion was basically an estimate to replace the roof. Albert was very professional and explained in detail what my options are which I am currently considering. My immediate problem was that bad leak and more rain coming. He made time to come back a little while later and go up on the roof, take photos and come back down to show me the problem. He went back up an did a repair job that he said should be considered temporary until something more permanent can be done and so far it is working, no leak! He also repaired some loose soffits and fascias which was really nice of him! I appreciate that he made the extra effort to help me out on what was essentially an estimate visit. He is very nice to deal with and I definitely would recommend him!"
