"EXCELLENT!! After interviewing 4 other stucco work companies I decided on Lempa. Elio owner and hands on general contractor was on site at least once a week. He has extensive experience in stucco work. Marcos the lead person on the project was an expert he addressed issues with the work that I as a construction aficionado did not notice. Marcos is a total professional. At times I would observe him just sitting back and looking at the current phase of the project he was working and would come to me and make suggestions that really aligned to what i wanted. In addition he would do repairs to parts of the house that he did not need to do. For example one of the faucets in the backyard that he would use was leaking even though i had a plumber her to replace it well Marcos or one of his guys repair it to our pleasant surprise. Anything i needed or wanted to change or replace Elio and Marcos were ready and willing to accommodate us total professionalism in my view. The house looks beautiful and the work is close to perfection i say this as i am one that believes total perfection does not exist in the human condition.
