Dan explained everything to us in terms of what they were going to do, exactly when they were going to do it, and why they needed to do it the way they were doing it. They showed up on our job site at least 5 or 6 times to make sure that everything that was supposed to be happening was. They were super responsive to our communications throughout the whole project. Their installer, Daniel, was professional, hard-working, punctual, very knowledgable, and did very impressive work with our vinyl tile (PVT) flooring. He even did a great job cleaning up and organizing the tools that he needed to leave overnight. "I meant to write a review right after Randy did some work for me in March of 2025, but got derailed by a family crisis. Randy was flexible and understanding of my hectic schedule when I made an appointment for the bid. The day he arrived to do the job, he was on time and well prepared. He gave me great advice on the best options to suit my budget and needs. He worked efficiently and cleaned up the mess as he went along. Randy kept true to the time and cost on his bid. There was one small hiccup. He didn’t replace the attic access panel (because I asked him to look at some other things) but I didn’t notice until after he left. I tried but couldn’t move it. He was halfway home when I called him but he came back and took care of the panel. He offered to adjust the price or give a discount for future services. That’s how true professionals handle problems! Own it, fix it, & make it right."

Preparation and self leveling the subfloor. Sanding and finish , stain and coat new and refinish old floors.

"Overall I was pleased, however the quality was a bit inconsistent as far as the install was concerned. For instance, the quarter rounds on the flooring were in really good shape in most of the rooms, but they were crooked in the main area between our kitchen and dining room. Kind of a bummer since the dining room is hardwood floor & this makes the slanted wood grain stand out like a sore thumb! Bathrooms were inconsistent quality of the quarter rounds. There was a dent in one of the plates in the bathroom that I felt they could have replaced with a new one that they didn't damage. Also, they possibly scratched our new toilet when reinstalling it. However they were very generous in installing it for us instead of the old toilet."
