They tiled the niche where the shampoo goes to match the floor, which I did not want, but was not conveyed to the installer. When I got a picture of the finished product and saw the niche, I called Benjamin. He had that retiled to how I wanted it, and told me if when I see it in person and there is anything overlooked, to just call him and he'll make it right. There is nothing better than getting a company that knows what they are doing, for a decent price, and goes over and above to make sure you are getting what you want. Great Job!"
