Customers say: Terrific value

"Leo and crew did a great job taking care of the house trim. They cleaned, prepared and painted the house trim. More importantly, they left the area spotless after the finished painting. Very happy with the results."

Small jobs welcome

" Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. After removing my existing dishwasher, the technician informed me that he did not know how to install a Bosch dishwasher, even though I clearly stated the brand in the job description. He later admitted he had not read the job details beforehand. He installed a new water valve, but the new dishwasher was never installed. As a result, my old dishwasher was removed, I was left without a working unit, and I was still charged $120. I also had to clean up water that was tracked through my home. Overall, this service caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time. I would not recommend."

FAQs for small projects painting or staining projects in Freeport, FL

You'll need about two gallons of paint to fully cover your kitchen cabinets with two coats. Since each gallon covers around 350 square feet, it's a good idea to measure your cabinets or use a paint calculator to determine exactly how much you'll need. Starting with one or two coats of primer and then applying two to three layers of paint will give you a flawless, durable finish. Using high-quality paint can reduce the number of coats needed and provide a long-lasting finish.

The best type of paint for your kitchen cabinets is latex paint because it applies evenly and creates a durable finish. If you're painting wood surfaces and need extra adhesion, acrylic paint is a great alternative. We don't recommend oil-based paint for residential use due to its VOC emissions. For finishes, go with eggshell, semi-gloss, gloss, or satin, as matte finishes aren't as durable or as easy to clean.

The best method for painting kitchen cabinets is spray painting because it gives you a smooth, even finish without brush strokes. While brushes and rollers can work, they often leave marks and require more effort. If you're aiming for a professional look, spray painting is your best bet to enhance the beauty and durability of your cabinets.
