"I called Mike late on a Friday and he got back to me first thing Monday morning and was at the house by 8:15 that morning. "Bad. First, the plumber found the wrong place for the plug and it was not fixed. New plumber was more successful. They recommended a new tank. It was installed improperly and new plumber did it better. They promised to come back and finish installing it, but that was months ago and we are still waiting. They charged us over $150 an hour for the installation. When asked they promised to fix it, but they have not done so. They also promised to install something else but have not done so."

"The job went according to plan and looks amazing. I met with LR Higgins Inc. late winter and we discussed the job I needed done. With the pandemic, the windows and doors would take a while to be delivered especially the custom sliding doors for the breezeway. Eric kept me in the loop the entire time. He updated me on a regular basis to let me know when he thought the product would be delivered and a start date. His crew was informative and very clean. All debris was picked up and swept up. I have used LR Higgins in the past and I keep gong back to them. They do a FANTASTIC job!"
