They wanted to charge us almost $300. My husband was quite irritated because he knows chimneys. Steven absolutely left not a shred of mess. He was delightful and fantastic until they came with this bogus amount. He said the grout was coming apart. The service was top drawer until they tried to get more money out of us by vastly overstating the costs. The service itself was very good. Their secondary services are inflated and we would advise getting a second opinion for additional work. We were really irritated and we will not use them again. The price was a little high but it was satisfactory for the bay area for the work they did. The quality of the work was exceptional."

They advised an EPA compliant unit and we had a couple of adjustment issues which needed to be worked upon. They had a few contractors who dealt with chimneys, who were very good. They were very knowledgeable and carried several types of inserts. I liked their services and will use the same in future."
