It not only included refinishing existing wood floors, but he also had to rip out some previously installed wood flooring that couldnâ t be sanded. He then installed new hardwood in that room. The end result is beautiful!! We canâ t say enough about Danielâ s work ethic. He arrived each day when he said he would. He explained each step and was extremely patient with us when we were trying agree on the stain and sealant choices. He prepped and protected other areas of the home to help keep them dust free. He also vacuumed and cleaned up at the end of each day. He finished the job when he said he would. He came back a few days after the job was completed and in checking the floors, he decided we needed one last coat of finish in the high traffic areas. He didnâ t have to do that, but he just felt it would be better protected to do so. We really appreciate his follow-through and commitment to quality work. We would use Daniel again, in a heartbeat!"
