"The team showed up a few minutes early and proceeded to do a walkthrough of the house with me. They took off their shoes immediately which was a nice touch of professionalism and courtesy. Once the walkthrough was complete, they provided me the quote and explained the entire process. They proceeded to work through the house and took excellent care to maintain cleanliness while the hose were brought through the home. They put down numerous clean drop cloths where the hose went and took care not to scrape the hose against the walls. Each and every time they went in the house they took their shoes off. The work was done in about 6 hours and when completed, our ducts were like new. Given it is a new construction, there was a ton of sheetrock, sawdust, and plaster in the vents, but after they were done, they were gleaming. Outstanding work and professionalism.
