"I had a great experience with Mitko professional service for our water heater burner problem, I called a day before, and Mitko came to our house next day, he did full analysis & testing of the water heater and right after he did find out the problem and had all required parts in his company van, took him to replace and fixed within couple of hours. Excellent service with reasonable service fee!"

"At last I have a great plumber!"

"We have a 50 gallon natural gas tank water heater that needed to be replaced. The water heater plumbing, which includes a circulating pump, needed to be adjusted to switch in the new water heater, and the water heater itself is in our workroom, which is 23 steps up from the street. Nevertheless, Water Heater Service Pro stuck to their original, sight-unseen, competitive quote. They're a relatively young company working to expand, but it's composed of experienced professionals that decided to strike out on their own after years in the industry. They fit us in right away, showed up on time and were done in less than two hours. Good communication, friendly personnel, professional installation of a quality water heater. Highly recommended."

"Great job on the house, they had everything installed in 3 days and once the LAWP Panel from the power company and hooked everything, then everything was working well. they took care of all the paper works and documentation, and everything was done quickly. Best price available for us."

"Trey called ahead and arrived at the time he said he would. He was personable, friendly, and professional. He cleaned and flushed my water heater, as I requested. He explained what he would do, and explained what he was doing as he did it. I was very pleased with his work. I would use Mainline Plumbing again without hesitation."
