He called me when he got into the driveway of my home. He looked at the Old Attic ladder & Door that needed replacing. Quoted me a very reasonable price. He said I can replace it for you now. I said great ?. He left and went to the store to buy the replacement ladder and picked up a helper. The job was completed in 2 hours. I was extremely pleased with his work. His helper Lacretia Edwards was also a great helper. They got the job done with no problems. Very professional and I would recommend HANDYMAN SERVICES, Mr. Joe Nichols to anyone needing repairs done. "I asked for a quote though this site. Louis Mechanical Contractors called the same day and listened while I explained the problem. They scheduled for next day. The guy called to let me know he's on way. He showed up on time and it took him an hour to find out what's wrong and fixed the problem. The only thing that bother me is the service bill is a bit pricey but worth it. A week later, I received a thank you card from them.
