"We obtained several opinions and quotes, and decided to go with Mark and his team because they provided several solutions for the issue: 1) Install pipe underground that connected our sump pump output to a pop-up at the bottom of the yard, so that water from the sump pump could no longer saturate the lawn 2) plant topsoil and grass, so that the water had a place to go instead of just washing the mud down the hill, and 3) redo the concrete step at the base of our walkway with a gradient so that water would no longer collect there. All three solutions worked. We have since had two storms and our walkway has remained puddle and mud-free. Furthermore, Mark was very professional. Proactive communication, arrived on-time as expected. Called before he came by. Mark proved to be trustworthy, and followed-through on everything he said he would do. "Angie's list had a deal for up to 4 hrs of leaf removal, so we thought we would try them. We originally schedule a Monday at 9:00am, but they didn't show. When we finally contacted them (the voice mailbox was full), they thought it was for the following Monday. Ok, so there was a misunderstanding. So the next Monday comes and they don't show up again. There was snow on the ground, which was an exclusion in the deal, so we expected a notification that they weren't coming. None came until after we reached out to them. We were told that they had emailed, but we never received one. We rescheduled for Thursday at 9:00am. They called early Thursday to say they would be there in the afternoon. They finally did the work that day. I will say they got most of the leaves off the yard, but it looks like they ruffed up the turf some with their powerful vacuums. But most annoying was the large pile of leaves they left in the walkout, which I had to deal with so they wouldn't block the drain. So I'd say that they certainly removed the leaves from the yard, but they lacked finesse, weren't particularly careful at cleaning up afterward, and were hard to contact."
