"Dwight came to look at a job that I needed done. It's to solve a water problem in my dinning room window. "They fulfilled the special. Unfortunately, they have not followed up with my invitation to give me an estimate for related services. I have been contacted by them since then, but not to schedule the estimate or provide figures to me. It seems that the well-mannered scheduler and the very professional on-site professional are completely out of sync as to what the next step is supposed to be in my case. 
 
That's too bad, for I felt they were very trustworthy, in that, in spite of some ceiling water damage I have, the inspector concluded that my roof is okay. The water damage was most likely caused by an ice dam in my gutters last winter. 
 
I had asked them for an estimate for a better gutter system (either installing screens or an entirely new system) as well as solar-powered roof fans to replace my current generic outlets. 
 
I can only guess that they aren't really interested in that kind of work, and must prefer to only follow through with total roof replacements.
I get that. But, their failure to communicate that, especially after the salesman took measurements and said he would get back to me, keeps me from being able to give them perfect scores. 
 
I would definitely recommend them for a roof inspection, however.

"Got a call right away set up a day for him to come out and give quote. He was very pleasant to talk with, showed him some areas I was worried about he said no problem he would check it out and fix if he could. When he came out to clean the gutters out he checked all the areas I showed him and he fixed then all, he did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone."

"It is difficult to determine just how good the gutters were cleaned. I am unable to look inside the gutters. So, it is impossible to give an accurate account on how good the work really is. Perhaps the provider could provide camera pictures of portions of the gutters to confirm his work is well done. Last, the value was not good for the size of the house. However, the provider did come immediately on the same day asked. That was a plus, so I paid him for that. Thanks"
