"I had the best experience with All Service Moving! Mike and Stan absolutely rock - best moving team ever! They moved me into my new house from Sumner to Spanaway, then my mom a month later from Renton. They were so efficient, careful, professional and friendly. They made sure all our items were carefully wrapped and protected and they moved everything quickly, yet effortlessly - I wouldn't recommend anybody else to get you all settled into wherever your moving! Thank you guys!!"

"We were so pleased at how fast and smooth our move went. The guys that took care of our move were very professional and took wonderful care with reference to our furniture and other items. Out of the other movers we talked to, this company was the only one to take time to come out to our home prior to our move to figure out exactly how many items we had to move. They did an amazing job. Handled everything with care. Thank you!"

"Everyone from the office to the movers were very responsive and helpful. We made several changes from our first moving plan including adding an additional pick up location. And the additional cost was quite reasonable. The young men who moved us were very professional and obviously knew what they were doing when they prepared the furniture for moving. Steve's team was well coordinated and took time to load my antiques carefully. Then after making the 4 hour drive north they were very patient with some of my changes in furniture placement, helped put sliders on the feet, hooked up the fridge, and washer/dryer and generally kept the entire move calm. We have an office to move now and will certainly use them. I was concerned about their finding our place, but discovered that Steve knows Dallas very well and I had no need to worry."

"This was an excellent moving service that I would highly recommend. They called to tell me when they were 20 min out which was within the 1 hour range I was given. When they arrived, the quickly and efficiently moved all of my belongings. There were some things I didn’t want them to live, and they respected that. They also took something’s I no longer wanted to the dumpster for me. The move in was equally seem less and they helped by taking empty boxes down as I unpacked. The only issue was I didn’t know they didn’t take out of state checks, but the team was gracious and understanding and accompanied me to a grocery store so I could get a money order. 2 men, 2 hrs and a truck for $200. Highly recommend."

"It went really well! The team arrived slightly before the appointed time. They were friendly and ready to work. When they learned we were charged by UPack by the amount of space used in the truck they were conscientious in packing things as tightly as possible to save us money. They were also careful to pack things securely, tying things down so they wouldn't shift around in the truck, placing stuffers, wrapping some items and covering everything with tarp since it was a cross country trip. They also helped us put up the bulkhead that seals in our load, store the ramp and attach the lock. The load took 3.5 hours. We are very pleased with the price and the work performed. The guys worked very hard and fast and were very professional. We plan to use them again for the second half of our move in May."

"I booked Moving APT on short notice to help me move across Miami, FL, and had a fantastic experience overall. The two movers that helped me, were efficient, professional, wore masks, and were careful with everything they touched. They made excellent time and moved everything within 3 hours (despite my new home being 4 stories up with no elevator)! I would absolutely go back to them for whatever move comes next."

"They organized for us really perfect move from one town to another within the state. None of my stuff got damaged or scratched. The movers crew was on time, guys were well-equipped and good coordinated. Special thanks to the guys for my little dog who was barking at them all the time - she has never liked any strangers at our home. But still guys were very friendly and accommodating. Plus, at the end I was charge with a fixed price."

FAQs for in-state moving service projects in Friendswood, TX

Laws differ from state to state, but the number one rule is that you cannot move a mobile home on your own. You have to hire a licensed mobile home moving company. While each state is different, you’ll also have to research HUD codes, permits, and other laws specific to the area to ensure your move follows all necessary regulations.

Yes, a permit is required to move a mobile home. You must secure permits in the state of origin and in every state through which the mobile home passes. When moving across state boundaries, obtain a permit for each state. Your moving company assists in acquiring all required permits, ensuring strict compliance with local regulations during the entire relocation process.

No, you cannot move a mobile home built before 1976. Mobile homes constructed before 1976 do not meet current safety standards and must not be relocated. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development enforces strict guidelines that prevent moving older models. Verify the build year and comply with all HUD regulations to ensure safety and legal compliance.
