Mikhail came by multiple times to check moisture make sure the wood and subfloor were ready for install. He even went into our crawl space to access the floor from below. Nick did a very careful and beautiful job on the installation despite the subfloor and wood issues. He is very skilled and the new floor looks excellent. Both were through and professional throughout and worked really hard to accommodate our schedule. I recommend them without reservation."

They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Fabio is amazing!! He did an awesome job for us! October, 2021. He refinished our living room hardwood, replaced the hardwood in our kitchen, and ripped up the carpet on our stairs and upstairs hallway to replace it with hardwood. His team did amazing job very quickly. He even demo'd the kitchen floors first so we could have new cabinets installed on the subfloor, then came back to finish the hardwood install. His communication was excellent. Followed through on promises. Answered all our questions. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him for any hardwood flooring project. We will definitely be calling him again soon (spring 2022 maybe?) to start replacing the carpet in our bedrooms with hardwood. Really great people."
