Another technician came earlier in the day and quoted $875 to fix them both. I did not use him. Then I got in Angi’s list and Kadi called me back immediately. When I told him the problem I thought I had he asked for a video. I sent it and over the phone he solved the dishwasher main problem right then by telling me I had accidentally put the machine into a delay mode. When I fixed that (my bad) it was running fine. He then said he would come fix the broken door spring same day. He did and it was quick and easy. Then he looked at my washing machine and was able to fix it quickly as well. He charged me $125 and everything was done He is an honest and knowledgeable man in a business that has many who are not I highly recommend him and will be calling him in the future with any appliance issues I have. "I had a very disappointing experience with this company. From the very first phone call, I specifically asked if they were licensed, insured, and an authorized service provider for ZLINE. I was told yes. When the technician arrived, I asked again before any work started, and he confirmed the same. Only later did I find out that this was not true and that they are not authorized to work with ZLINE. The technician, who I later learned is also the owner of the company, charged me a $75 service fee, partially disassembled my oven, and then left without properly reassembling it. The oven was left taken apart and a screw needed to secure the bottom panel is now missing. After multiple attempts to call and resolve this issue, my calls were ignored. At this point, I was told they cannot perform the repair as originally represented. I am now forced to look for another company and deal with an oven left in worse condition than before the visit.
