"Joey followed up with me regarding an estimate I requested and after expressing my time crunch, he made every effort to acquire available materials to install my fence as soon as possible. I had recently moved to a new home with two dogs who desperately needed their freedom from a leash. Joey met with me, had materials ordered and my fence installed in about a week. Joey stayed in touch every step of the way (and has a great sense of humor!) His team showed up a few minutes before 8am and was ready to head out by 3pm. They were professional, hardworking and adjusted things I asked to be tweaked with no problem. Joey definitely got a video of my boys running in their backyard for the first time as a thank you!"

"Did a great job assisting with the design. Installed a large amount of fencing in a short period of time. They installed both chain link and wooden fencing. Excellent pricing. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5-star review is that the work lacks a few of the finishing touches such as sanding the rough edges on the wood and metal. I suspect I could have stipulated that those needed to be done and they would have done it for a little more cost. I would definitely recommend this contractor. I got three quotes and design workups and this contractor was the only one who I felt listened to what I wanted and found a way to make it work. The other contractors didn't seem to think my concept would work but the result is that I have what I wanted and the design totally works. So, really this is a 4 1/2 star review. :-)"

"I was very pleased with the professionalism, follow through and hard work of the estimator as well as the install team. They removed my old fence and installed the new one in just a day. Every bit of trash was disposed of by them. Would definitely recommend MC Fence."

"He contacted me quickly, was able to help me put a fence plan together that fit my budget, and was able to install it less than 2 weeks after we met! Plus, the team that installed it worked quickly and didn't leave a huge mess behind to deal with. Only complaint is that they are super busy and I was under the gun to get the fence done quickly. In hindsight, we didn't really work through what my fence would actually look like. Because they can't show you exactly what your wood fence would look like, just an approximation.... I do not have buyers remorse, but I do wish that I had more space between the slats and I wish that I'd gotten a version closer to the pictures. "This builder was the best contracted service that we ever got.
We had put in for a permit to install a "retractable awning" over our deck and were very disappointed when it was turned down by the Planning committee. Little did we know then that that was the best thing that could have happened.
We then learned that we could put up a permanent roof over the deck,  We went to "Angies list" and read the reviews of the various contractors and once that was done, we contacted Marshall Painter of Great American Log Homes  and he came the same day and looked at the project and brought us a drawing and a price the next day.
Actually his price was not that much more for a permanent roof than what other companies wanted for a "roll out awning", and it was custom built to fit and match the deck.
The work was professional, on time, and the price was very reasonable .
We are very pleased with the way it turned out, and feel lucky to have chosen the right man for the job.
Not only is Marshall an excellent and honest builder, he turned out to be a wonderful friend too.

"I contacted Metropolitan Chimney Services to get a quote. After describing my chimney cap that had rusted out holes and kept falling off, I was given a quote within 5 minutes on the phone. Very courteous and professional. 3 workers came within a few days and spent about an hour installing a new cap. They also took photos of my 2 chimeys to show me damage to the crown and about 20 freeze damaged bricks in each chimney that needed replacing. They gave me a reasonable quote (I got another one to compare) that I may take them up on this spring.
