"When I discovered that not just one, but several of our builder-grade windows were failing, we decided to bite the bullet and get all new windows for the house. We also decided to get new doors for a walk-out basement. The crew manager was responsive when I took him downstairs after I noted a patch of sunlight coming through a small opening at the juncture of the new doors, and he ensured this was remedied having us check it before they left. Roland came by the next day, and we are confident that if we have any issues or need anything addressed, he will be as responsive as he has been from start to finish of the project. The only thing that we wished we were warned about was that the existing fascia board and soffit that we wanted replaced should have been done first before the installation of the new roof. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
