"Well I had estimates from other companies, but I decided to use Tony's Low Volt Landscape Lighting, because they showed up on time for the estimate and they gave me the best price for what I wanted done. In the process of giving me the estimate, Tony gave me different pointers as to how I can save even more money on the project. He also advised me that some of the work that I wanted done will not be necessary based on the way they would do the installation. In the end the installation cost me less to have the job done. The thing that I was most satisfied and happy about is that the job was professionally done and I was also pleasantly amazed at the quality of the work that they did based on the price that they charged me. "Derek was great. He managed to fit me into his schedule last year and came out roughly every 2 weeks. He was out in January 2018 and cleaned up some brush that was down from Hurricane Irma. I thought he would haul it away but he left it piled up at the curb. The trash company wouldn't pick it up because the pieces were too large. I kept waiting to hear from Derek to let me know when he was going to come out again to start mowing my lawn for the season but I have heard nothing from him. The guy who takes care of my land in Hernando County was in contact with me every 2-3 weeks during the off season to see if I needed anything. Maybe Derek was expecting me to contact him. But since I haven't heard anything from him and the backyard was getting overgrown, I've hired someone else to take care of it. I didn't like the fact that he always wanted to be paid in cash. I don't have cash laying around the house. He'd sometimes let me know so late in the day, I didn't have a chance to get to the bank to get cash for him and would have to stop at the ATM on the way home. This was after the fact that I asked him to give me 24 hours notice that he was coming."
