"From the time we walked into the showroom until install the staff were friendly and were a wealth of knowledge! When we were choosing our pellet stove they didn't try to sell us items that were not functional or necessary. The man was very honest.  When we decided on our pellet stove we ordered it and installation was scheduled. Ordering to installation was about 3 weeks. They came on the day that was decided. Three men arrived-all were VERY FRIENDLY and COURTEOUS (they were very careful not to make any extra mess in my home-there was snow on the ground). Install was quick and they patched the hole inside and out that the previous pellet stove needed for venting and replaced the piece of siding as well. After install was complete, one of the men walked me through how to clean and maintain the stove. He answered all of my questions. After install they cleaned up all their equipment, the hearth and the stove. <br /> <br />"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support.
