"Their labor rate is $249, and they double-priced the cost of the parts. My husband did not want to pay for it, but I wanted my dryer fixed. They also charge a $75 diagnostic fee just to come out. I am okay with this generally, but when you do not even pull the appliance apart, and then tell me, based on my description of the problem and their experience, what they believe the issue is, and then tell me how much it is going to cost, I have an issue with that. You could at least pretend to search for the problem. I believe the technician did his job, but for all, I know he could have charged me for cleaning the lint tray. On the plus side, the technician did appear to know what he was doing, and it could be the cost of everything going up that has me upset. but the evasiveness about how long he thought the job would take and the $249 standard rate for labor did not leave a good taste in my mouth. This may be the standard operating procedure for repair people now and he may have done a great job, but the overall process did not leave me with a feel-good feeling. Just be completely aware of costs. As my husband would say, it is your fault, but my mistake. Had I been told about the $249 labor fee when I placed the request for service, I would have passed. But you are here now, and it is either paying $75 or $249, plus the cost of the part, and/or the next appliance person may charge you the same or more--get it fixed and complain later."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"
