"Paid upfront. Zoom Drain flooded my vacant, rent-ready home by leaving the water on during their work. Flooring destroyed. Took weeks to admit responsibility and now months later there is still no flooring, no insurance contact, and no resolution. Endless delays, excuses, and silence.
