"Back in November 2024, my husband and I discussed remodeling the kitchen to something brighter and more spacious. The brown cabinets made the kitchen look dark and dreary. After meeting with several contractors, we hired Tell Projects. We met with Adrianna who listened to our vision for the remodel, listened to our concerns and provided us with their credentials. She set out to design what the kitchen could look like. Once we received the estimate and signed the contract we set a start date. We were given a 3–4-week time frame, allowing for anything unexpected (like snowstorm Enzo on January 21 and 22). Project started January 2, 2025, with the demo, and was completed on January 27, 2025, with touch up painting and walk through. We could not be happier with the results. The pictures do not do justice to what our kitchen now looks like, All the workers were courteous, friendly and professional. Some of the workers even offered suggestions on how to make the design more user friendly and complimentary. They left the site clean every time they worked on it. "Brandon returned my call promptly and came out to give a detailed estimate for painting, repairing, and doing small remodeling work on my home to get it ready to sell. I decided not work with him almost before he was done completing the estimate, because I felt like he insulted my home and my subdivision. He went so far as to say he wouldn't bother doing any of the remodeling work if he were me because I live in "fill-in-the-blank subdivision" and you won't get your money back. I will note that the repairs and small remodeling work I specifically asked him to do, were the specific items my real estate agent suggested for a better resale value of my home, based on my neighborhood. Brandon even went so far as to suggest that the quality of people in my neighborhood and the schools we are zoned to are sub-par.

"Jim with TSB was one of 3 contractors we brought in to quote what amounted to $90k of renovations for our home in Grand Lakes. Our scope was a Kitchen and Masterbath remodel, with fresh painting throughout. We commissioned Jim for the work based on his estimate, which was competitive, along with the fact that he was the only contractor who provided a time estimate for the project. We were pleased to discover that by hiring Jim, we received the trifecta of a project that was of good quality and workmanship, was delivered on time, and delivered on budget. A few instances occurred where Jim's expertise was a big asset to our project. We were short a few bricks to finish up some exterior work, and with the bricks originally used on the home being discontinued, Jim knew a business that still kept a few in stock, allowing us to finish our project with a perfect match. "Bassam and his crew were professional, they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. During this time (pandemic) they practiced proper CDC protocols. Bassam listened to my wants, he took his time to explain the process. The work was done in the exact time frame he said. The kitchen looks beautiful, I am very happy and satisfied with the finish product as well as his services. So satisfied that we hired them again to do our floors and some other remodeling.
