"I had an emergency with a broken/frozen water pipe.  Bruce responded quickly and repaired it in no time.  This involved crawling under a house in icy and wet conditions.  I am so glad to have someone  dependable and fair to call on.

"They were great. They were very honest and upfront. They would let me know if there was anything that came up in the repairs. They were willing to work with me around my schedule so I could be there while they were working."

"went too long...multiple tries for same claim...CHW needs to verify their service partners before enlisting them...as the first one was a fraud (and cut a big hole in kitchen ceiling) and second one did not keep his appointment until we called...third one was very responsive and fixed it property (but by then we had found the source of the leak). Then started the next inning to fix the hole in kitchen ceiling, paid the service fee twice (once for leak repair and then for drywall repair)!"
