Owner, Bill Hoxworth, came on time, and he and his handsome son, worked quickly and efficiently and cleared the place in under 20 minutes. I had fielded several quotes which were all over the spectrum and was happy to work with Mr. Hoxworth because he asked me to film the area so he could see what was needed. His quote was more than reasonable and came in at a fraction of all the rest who wanted me to estimate square footage of items to be hauled to fit their truck. "There was confusion at first as we tried to set a date. He told the days he WASN'T available, so I picked a few dates a week or so out, he sent a confirmation letter for a date that I had not suggested. It took a few emails to get this corrected, but we DID get it corrected. <br /> He arrived a bit early, which worked out fine. It was only an issue because I hadn't yet gotten home from work. <br /> He knew the job would take two people, he had another guy working with him (he arrived a little late, couldn't find the address.) While we waited for the second guy I was able to talk with Matt and explain the jobs. Matt quickly fixed the patio door lock. By the time that was finished, second guy had arrived and they started on the screen door. They installed the door well, even improving on the screws for a more secure fit. They were clean and did not make a mess. They showed me how the door works and had me test it before they left. They answered all the questions that I had. They were both very pleasant and personable.  <br /> Here's one of the most impressive acts: Matt followed up with me a few days later. I wasn't quite happy with the door but wasn't going to complain.
