"They were professional and helpful. Base price was good. Add on’s we requested drove up cost. One thing that could have gone better was a stain in the carpet that soaked down into the pad. The stain kept coming back and spread. Instead of steam cleaning, I solved it myself we an off the shelf Oxyclean solution."

Most of the downstairs was hardwood and we had planned to just have them refinish it since the previous owners of the house used Orange glow on the floors and ruined them horribly. The living room was the only downstairs room with carpet that needed to be replaced. We were going to replace it with more carpet but was surprised by the cost to carpet just that one room. JH was able to give me a quote to add hardwood to the living room too that would match the rest of the downstairs for not much more than carpet.
