"I hired her to clean my sister in laws house as a move out clean. She called me on the phone and we spoke.i explained to her as best as I could after not being at the property for a month ( and i was no longer even in that state)what it needed, and now my sister in law was staying there doing repairs. She gave me a price and it was set. The day of, she messages me that she?s running behind but would be there. Ok fast forward to when it?s time to pay her, she messages me that the job was ?more than she thought and was going to have to charge me more?! Now she could have text me or called ( because she did have my phone number) to let me know before hand so I could let her know to proceed or not! She did not! And then my sister in law tells me she did not finish the job and left parts of the kitchen undone ( now my sister in law waited to tell me that so that?s not my problem because it was to late to rectify) but why wouldn?t the job get completed?? Bad way to conduct business!"
